Reading your Bible is the best way to grow in your faith.  II Timothy 2:15 teaches: “Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the Word of Truth.”

There are many plans for systematic Bible reading.  One easy way to complete reading the entire 1,189 chapters of the Bible in a year is to read three chapters every weekday and five chapters on Sunday…and you’ll finish three days before the year ends. 

If you’re wanting basic info about Who Jesus is, and What Jesus did, STUDY   the 21 chapters of John’s Gospel.  The Key Verse/Purpose Statement is John 20:30,31, “Jesus performed many other signs in the presence of His disciples, which are not recorded in this book.  But these are written that you may BELIEVE that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, and that by  BELIEVING you may have life in His name.”
